FAQs
The Nevada DMV requires 20 hours of outside instruction. Once you pass the 20 hour course, you’re ready to take the DMV Rules & Regulations class and Written Test. Call your local DMV Emissions Lab to schedule. Once you pass the Rules and Regulations exam, you qualify to take the Practical Exam. The Practical Exam is a 2 hour hands-on exam, testing your understanding of emissions test procedure in a real world setting. You’ll have two chances to pass the Practical Exam. If you fail to pass the Practical Exam twice, you’ll have to retake 20 hours of outside instruction and start over.
Our 20 hour course is designed to teach you everything you need to know to pass the Written Test and Practical Exam.
