Background

Nevada 1G Inspectors are required to determine if a vehicle is equipped with single or dual exhaust pipes. The inspection for this requirement is simple. If the vehicle has two exhaust pipes visible, it qualifies as a dual exhaust pipe vehicle. If only one exhaust pipe exits the vehicle, it is equipped with single exhaust. When the analyzer prompts, inspect the vehicle an enter the result. Note that if the vehicle is equipped with dual exhaust pipes, the test must be performed using both pipes.
